Richard J. Robbins is the creator of RJR Web Designs. Richard has a Master of Science Degree from M.I.T. and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University in electrical engineering. His career has included engineering design, software quality control, and management of hardware and software products, including oceanographic instrumentation, add-in boards for PC computers, and software for web technologies.

Richard has acquired expertise in the following web technologies:

HTML (coding used in web pages)
CSS (style sheet coding for web pages)
AJAX/JavaScript (client programming to make web pages dynamic)
PHP/mySQL (server programming for database access)
Flash Images (move, scale, squash/squew, rotate, transparency, color transformation)
FTP (upload protocol to load web pages and images on to web servers)
Photo-Editing and Graphics Editors (used for images, logos, banners, buttons, ...)
Mail List Software (used to manage email list and newsletter mailings)
